    I used to stop by at this Laotian restaurant every now and again for take-out, and I even ate in once. The food seemed decent and the price fair. The interior is, indeed, strangely cluttered and I have tried to ignore the distinct feeling of less-than-sanitary conditions. But I mostly took issue with my last experience here, when I was taking my girlfriend out to dinner and we decided to stop in at around 10pm. We sat down at a free table when a waitress came up to us and said "take-out?" So I said, "No, we'd like to eat in, if that's okay." Just "No," came the barked response. So I said, "Okay, so we can't eat here?" "No." Maybe her German was bad, but that didn't seem to be the main problem. After that, I haven't come back, even though I live very close by.
